Enhanced Look & Feel
We’ve given both our public site and admin pages a facelift! Expect a cleaner, more intuitive interface that makes navigating through our platform a breeze. These enhancements are part of our commitment to providing you with a seamless experience across all our tools.
Inline Content Editing
Managing your event’s registration form has never been easier. Our revamped Content Manager tool, located under the Registration Form section, allows you to enhance your registration forms from one central point. Add new content and images effortlessly, and personalize your event by dragging content sections around to suit your needs.
Mobile App Gamification
 | Get ready to engage your attendees like never before with our new Mobile App Gamification feature! Available for all events, this interactive tool lets you manage multiple scan locations, add unique trivia questions, track leaderboard status, and much more. It’s a fun and innovative way to enhance participant interaction at your events. |
QR Code Generator
To further streamline your event management process, we’ve introduced a QR code generator. This new tool simplifies access and engagement, making it easier for attendees to navigate your event and for you to manage attendance seamlessly.
Additional Features
- Details on each registrant payment made can now be added to Advanced Reports
- Sales items can be blocking from changing after the initial registration
- Secondary admins can have their ability to delete registrants restricted by the primary admin
- Checking out registrants from the event or session through badge scanning can now be turned off. Multiple badge scans would leave the attendee checked in
- Member monthly account statements can now be enabled and events can be assigned to categories. A statement will be sent per category
- Registrants that choose to pay by PayPal but do not complete payment can now be deleted automatically after the desired number of days
- The Registrant Mobile App Agenda can now hide the category display and open straight to the full schedule
- A casting friendly version of the Prize Drawing tool is now available, allowing prize drawings to be shown live at the event
- Confirmation Emails can be resent in bulk from your Registrant List
- Additional styling tools are available in the Event Selection Landing Page editor
- Event checkin details are now seperated by line breaks in the field when downloading CSVs
- Checkin details for individual sessions are now available in the Report Wizard
- Sessions can now be sorted alphabetically or chronologically in the Session Manager
- Automatic Event Checkout is now available in Event Preferences
